There is a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a terrace in front of the house and a small refreshing plunge pool in the garden behind the house.

The house is in Hikkaduwa, about 3.5 km from the beach, in a local community. The beach and the town can be easily reached by tuk-tuk, or we recommend renting a scooter.

The house is more for undemanding clients, for those who want to avoid noisy loudspeakers and beach parties.

Next to the house, about 100 meters away, there is a small local shop where you can buy basic local food and hygiene products.

There is no air conditioning in the house, but fans, which are completely sufficient.
