Even in one day, we will see and experience a lot. We will first go to Kosgoda, where we will visit the sea turtle rescue station. We will visit a place where they are really well cared for and thanks to them, the turtle population in the Indian Ocean is being restored.

Then we will have a river safari, or rather a river ride. We will ride through the mangroves, maybe see monitor lizards and crocodiles (we do not support holding baby crocodiles in your hand), and see the surroundings of the river. The journey takes about one hour.

Then we will visit the tsunami museum. A small house near Hikkaduwa survived the tsunami, as did its inhabitants. Authentic photographs, however, even after twenty years, tell the story of one of the greatest disasters that has befallen us, humans.

Transfer to Galle and a walk through the fort. Return to accommodation.
