The Kottawa Reserve forest path leads us through several short paths, branching off in all directions. One into the jungle and the other to a tea plantation.
Another path leads to a natural water pool, where we can also swim :-).
The jungle is also a bird paradise. With sunrise, the whole forest is filled with chirping and singing and as we walk, we don't even have to talk.
After the walk, we will drive back "among the people", to the hustle and bustle of the city of Galle. We will walk by the old Dutch fort, stop for coffee at the legendary Peddlar's Inn cafe.
