Terms and Conditions

The Ceylonroads.com website is owned by Ceylon Happy Roads (PTV) ltd 00209218, based in Hikaduwa, Sri Lanka. We also provide services through other suppliers - entrances, hotel reservations, etc.

As a client, you are responsible for reading the terms and conditions before booking any service.

You acknowledge that any breach of the terms and conditions of purchase of any such supplier may result in the cancellation of your bookings or purchases, denial of access to any hotels, forfeiture of any monies paid for such bookings.

With respect to hotel and tour bookings, these will be valid until your booking is confirmed by us and you have paid the required booking deposit or full payment. In some cases, an initial non-refundable deposit may be charged. You will be notified in advance of this.

Cancellation Policy:

We will refund your deposit in full if you change your mind within 7 days of payment. After that, the deposit becomes non-refundable. In cases where you book services later than 30 days before the date of the trip, the deposit is always non-refundable. If Ceylon Happy Roads incurs demonstrable expenses related to your booking, they will be deducted from your deposit.

Holiday Booking

A booking is only accepted after we receive written confirmation from you along with full payment OR a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the trip value.

For bookings in the high season, a 40% deposit of the total value is required.

If the booking is made within 30 days before arrival in Sri Lanka, full payment is required by us upon confirmation.
Full payment OR payment of the deposit and your written confirmation will mean your agreement to these terms and conditions.

Final Payment

The balance for the ordered services must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival in Sri Lanka; otherwise, we may consider the booking as cancelled by you.

How to pay?

Payments for deposits and final money for travel services can be made either by;
1) bank transfer or
2) through the WISE or REVOLUT payment system

In the case of payment by bank transfer, all fees incurred outside Sri Lanka will be borne by the sender of the payment.

If you do not meet the payment deadlines that have been given to you, we reserve the right to cancel your non-binding reservation and we will inform you about it.
